Cleanse

Start your day with these cleansing drinks by Get The Glow author Madeleine Shaw.

What you'll need
  • All serve one person.
  • Classic Cleanse
  • 1 handful parsley
  • 3 medium carrots
  • 1 small beetroot with leaves
  • 200g rocket
  • 2 sticks celery
  • Fat Buster
  • ¼ watermelon, skin and seeds removed
  • 2 limes, peeled and pith removed
  • Coconut Milk
  • 100g desiccated coconut
  • 150ml boiled and cooled water
  • 150ml cold water
  • Pinch salt

A few tips

  • The coconut milk will keep for a week in a container in the fridge.

Cleanse your gorgeous body with these nutrient-packed drinks. They’re all designed to flush out toxins and reboot your day. 

  1. For classic cleanse and fat buster put all the ingredients into a juicer and drink that day.
  2. For the coconut milk put all the ingredients in a blender. Blend for 4 minutes, then strain through a nut milk bag or piece of muslin. Squeeze the cloth to extract excess liquid.
