A GREEN LIFESTYLE IS IMPORTANT TO BE BECAUSE…
*It sets an example for my four children because our children are our future. I think educating them from how to eat healthy, organic food to being respectful of their environment, to movement (even walking up stairs rather than taking the escalator or a lift is super important to me) and my big one is breathing. I really wish they would incorporate breathing exercises at schools. I truly believe the breath has helped my kids through some stressful times.
