The Clean Green Lip Balm Edit

Have you been thinking about joining the green beauty bandwagon?  It is well on its way, with demand for organic beauty increasing year-on-year. The Soil Association’s Organic Market Report revealed that UK sales of certified organic health and beauty products have risen by 20 per cent in 2014 to £44.6 million in 2015.

There is no need to suffer with dry lips in hot weather or on long-haul flights and so a green lip balm is a must-have in every handbag. Since you ingest more of your lip products than you think (and many contain a list of nasty toxins), G4AS has found a selection of the cleanest, most effective lip balms out there.

Changing the contents of your makeup bag can be daunting so why not start one item at a time? Perhaps with a lip balm. And then as one product runs out replace it with a natural and organic version, and so on. Chemical-free beauty has come a long way in the last few years – now products out there are luxurious, natural and most importantly, they work! Here we pick the top clean green lip balms.
